Originally performed by At Any Cost. This song marked a new era in our songwriting, as we drifted away from straight up punk rock and into more progressive ranges of post-hardcore, screamo and even a little metal. (Not that it shows on this stripped down, folky interpretation.) The lyrics were inspired by a horrible accident in our hometown involving a drunk driver who careened off of a bridge and into the river below, carrying his sober friend in the passenger seat.
